General Programme
An Zhong Shu ( On Zon on in Cantonese) means "touch the foot with your hand" and is the oldest zone massage of the foot known today. His systematization is attributed to Mo Tse (Mak Zi), a contemporary of Lao Tse, Chuang Tse and K'ung Tse (Confucius), and dates from about 450 to 500 BC, the oldest maps, however, are traditionally considered prior to the Flood .
