TEORIA DELLO YIN E DELLO YANG
Essi sono inseparabili, intimately related, complementary and depend on each other, as the inhalation and exhalation. We can consider two types of psychological constitution in relation to the type of yin and yang. These features are constitutional and can be accentuated or inhibited by the habits of life, by the activities, social behavior and the power supply. Any imbalance decompensates circulation efficiency and adversely affects various organs, including the mind, every emotion is related to the organ on which affects or which is affected. The imbalance between yin and yang is the root cause of the weakening body. This imbalance, in most cases, is caused by the presence of an excess of yin or yang in the body. As long as the excess of yin or yang alter the constitutional balance, you are susceptible to certain disorders. The only way to restore balance is to eliminate the excess of yin or yang. According to the physiology of Chinese Metaphysics in the horizontal plane, the body part above the level of Dan-dian is considered yang, yin and the bottom. The sagittal plane, the top right of the bilateral symmetry is considered yin, yang and the left, while the right side below the horizontal plane is yin, yang and the left. According to the law of compensation: "yin and yang can fill one the other ", so to fortify one of these items, you must fortify the other. Similarly, the upper and lower body, can support each other. And the left and right parts of the body can rejuvenate each other. The best way to effectively remove the excess energy in the body, is to maintain a proper relationship between the time devoted to the activity and one intended to `frantic search for the adjustment of the psycho-physical balance. In theory, each organ has a bipolar energy for the proper operation must have an intake of energy and a balance between yin (negative) yang (positive).
